1984 GMC --$1500 OBO

This pickup was purchased used in 1999. Sometime before we purchased it, the 305 engine had been rebuilt by a local machine shop. It has automatic lockouts and we typically pulled both sides (lockouts/rotors) down every year to clean and re-grease everything since it was used as a farm pickup. It has a basic radio but the AC doesn’t work. Something in the key-switch/ignition is out so we had to mount a push-button starter on it. The pickup was originally orange but is now white.

It has 3.73 axel ratio and the differentials, transfer case and 4speed manual transmission are in good shape, as are the tires. The quadro-jet went out in 2004 and we put a Carter AFB on it which was a really pain because we have never been able to get it to start easily the first time of the day. We dump a little gas in and it fires right up. It runs very good and starts fine the rest of the day, but that first start in the morning is a pain. It would cost us about $400 to get a good quadro-jet put back on but we’ve decided to sell the pickup instead. The price we set for it is basically the same price as if we were to part it out for salvage. With a little work, it would be a very good, reliable pickup.
